Uncaged
April 2, 2012 - I love to read, but I am not a book reviewer, but in the case of a new book, I feel compelled.  It is a fun read, full of mystery and intrigue with science, animal welfare, and terrorism at its core.  The book is Uncaged by Paul McKellips.  The story unfolds what can only be described as the “perfect storm” of events leading to a medical catastrophe.  Yes, it is extreme, that’s what makes it entertaining, but it also tells a tragic story that could very easily occur.

I think it would be doing animal agriculture as well as medical research a service if the book became a best seller.  One thing that I have learned recently is that since perception is more important than fact, we have to find new ways to tell the story and this book certainly qualifies.

I’m hoping you buy and read the book and then send me a note to let me know what you think.  Even if you don’t agree with me, you’ll enjoy the action filled tale.
