Goal of The Center for Food Animal Wellbeing
The Center for Food Animal Wellbeing's goal is the improvement of animal health, animal handling, food safety and productivity through the use of optimal welfare practices.
To aid in accomplishing this goal, the Center is associated with the National Agricultural Law Center, the Departments of Poultry and Animal Sciences providing easy access to experts in each species as well as in the law.
